PyroDry 5000
On November 5, 2023, the entire system was shipped to the USA in 6 seaworthy crates and delivered to the customer in early December. The on-site installation took place in January. By mid-February, the system was finally put into operation. The facility dries, pellets, and pyrolyzes wet sewage sludge. The exhaust gas from the pyrolysis gas combustion provides the dryer with the necessary thermal energy. The facility processes 5000 tons of wet sewage sludge into 764 tons of biochar, storing 555 tons of CO₂ in the process. A valuable contribution to environmental protection.
